Diamond Ridge Apartments

Diamond Ridge Apartments located in Janesville, WI on the old baseball diamonds, features 115 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with private entrances. The property consists of six buildings that house either 15 or 20 apartments. Select two-bedroom and all three-bedroom apartments will have an attached garage. There will be an additional 48 detached garages. This project began in Fall of 2019. The first building opened in July 2020 and the remaining five followed with the project completed in November 2020.  The community has a dog run, pet washing stations, a community patio with grill, car wash station, and a Luxer Package System for secure package pickup.
