Epworth Villa

Epworth Villa was a multi-phase project that was completed over 3.5 years. The first year involved pre-construction services, design & financing. The project was coordinated into phases to accommodate new construction work & the remodel of existing property. Construction activity was scheduled to allow ongoing operations & resident life.

Phase 1 - New Construction: 36 units of 1 & 2 bedroom luxury apartments. This was a 3 story, 56,600 sf building plus full underground parking.

Phase 2 - New Construction: 78 new assisted living & 40 memory care bed structure in a 4 story post tension building. This building has 102,792 sf plus full underground parking.

Phase 3 - Remodel & Addition: A 4 part addition & complete remodel of a preexisting assisted living building into 84 units of skilled long term care & acute rehab nursing units. Upon completion, this was a 1 story, 88,850 sf facility.

Phase 4 - Rehabilitation: A complete rehab of the existing central campus into the new commons & amenity building. The renovation included administration & marketing offices, 4 separate dining/bistro/café venues, central commercial kitchen & laundry facilities, spa, salon, fitness center, theater & assembly spaces, a bank, a pharmacy and a clinic. This building was 97,658 sf.
