Sarah Braunschweig serves as Vice President of Horizon Management Services, Inc., where she oversees the company’s compliance operations and third-party compliance services. She provides strategic leadership for regulatory compliance programs across Horizon’s management portfolio while supporting owners, partners, and property teams in navigating complex affordable housing requirements. Sarah also plays a key role in the continued growth and development of Horizon’s third-party compliance business. Sarah joined Horizon in 2013 as a Compliance Specialist and advanced through progressively responsible leadership roles, including Compliance Supervisor adn Compliance Manager, before becoming Vice President. Her extensive experience in affordable housing compliance, operational oversight, and business development has strengthened Horizon’s compliance platform and expanded the company’s service offerings. Known for her industry expertise, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to excellence, Sarah is a trusted resource for clients and team members alike. She holds an associate degree in Recreational Management from Madison Area Technical College and maintains a Certified Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Fari Housing, and Public Housing certifications.
