The Globe Apartments is a 48-unit multifamily apartment community situated along the beautiful Rock River in Watertown. The development includes market rate apartment homes, affordable apartment homes, and apartment homes designed to accommodate those with disabilities. Residents select from spacious two and three bedroom unit layouts and enjoy numerous amenities including clubroom with kitchen, exercise room, outdoor patio overlooking river, and river walk connecting to downtown amenities. Horizon encountered poor soils and extreme winter conditions on this project and was still able to deliver the project ahead of schedule and on budget.
