Grand View Townhomes

Grand View Townhomes is a 40-unit multifamily housing community located at the northwest corner of N. Bluemound Drive and Woodman Drive in the Town of Grand Chute, Wisconsin.  The development features two, 20-unit buildings designed as two-story, walkup townhomes.  A variety of one, two, and three-bedroom unit layouts are available, each with private ground floor entry and some with private garages.  Units are leased at varying levels of County Median Income (CMI) in accordance with the affordable housing tax credit program and offer a range of supportive services to assist residents with their needs in maintaining independent housing.  The 40-unit affordable housing community was developed in partnership between Horizon and the Appleton Housing Authority.  Horizon was the general contractor and Appleton Housing Authority is the property manager.
