Grand View Townhomes

Grand View Townhomes is a 40-unit multifamily housing community located at the northwest corner of N. Bluemound Drive and Woodman Drive in the Town of Grand Chute, WI.

The development features two, 20-unit buildings designed as two-story walkup townhomes.  A variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom unit layouts are available, each with private ground floor entry and some with private garages.

The 40-unit affordable housing community was developed in partnership between Horizon, the general contractor, and the Appleton Housing Authority, the property manager.
