Sawgrass Condominiums at Prairie Oaks

Horizon developed Sawgrass Condominiums I & II as part of the 55 acre Prairie Oaks Neighborhood in Verona, Wisconsin. The vision for this project was to enhance the “new urbanism” neighborhood with a range of housing options and ownership opportunities. Sawgrass Condominiums consist of 42 units of townhome-style condominiums with one bedroom plus den and two bedroom unit layouts. Residents enjoy retail, office, medical and restaurant amenities within the community as well as a private pool and clubhouse for social gatherings.
