Springs at Sun Prairie

This project is a multi-family complex with 228 units, detached garages, maintenance building and clubhouse. Wood frame construction with cement board siding, masonry veneer and shingled roof. Major imported fill site approximately 100,00 cubic yards. We have partnered with Continental Properties with a budget of 29,000,000. The project started in 2017 and has a completion date of November 2018. While construction is going on there will be tenants occupying completed units.
