Washington Place Apartments

Washington Place Apartments were developed to cater to the growing student population at UW-Platteville. The 39-unit residential community consists of furnished studios, two, three, and four bedroom apartments. The unit layouts were designed to accommodate roommates and short term leases that work with the university’s academic calendar. The project included amenities to attract young renters looking for an alternate to traditional student housing. Horizon completed the construction job on budget and in less than 8 months.
