This project included demolition of the existing building. While construction was underway, there was a temporary banking facility set up until the grand opening. The temporary building included foundation, utilities, asphalt and a drive-thru. The new Wisconsin Bank & Trust is a 3,500-square foot single story building conveniently located near the main downtown intersection. The site is small, yet a very efficient use of the space. It's a mixed construction style with wood, steel, masonry structure, a flat roof and exterior finishes comprised of brick and EIFS. There are many customized features including case work and furniture. State of the art all digital drive-thru banking system. This building will feature a community room tower with glass curtain walls and over 20-foot ceilings. This space includes a conference room to be used by the bank and the community for meetings. Those using the conference room can take advantage of the built-in snack/beverage area.
