Since 2017, Horizon Construction Group, Inc. has completed numerous residential and commercial projects in the area. Rooted in a dedicated space in the Traction HQ building—proudly built by us in 2020—enables us to deepen our commitment to this vibrant community.

Founded in 1984, Horizon has grown into three successful entities: Horizon Development Group, Inc., Horizon Construction Group, Inc., and Horizon Management Services, Inc.
Horizon’s business grew from providing “independent senior living” solutions in many Wisconsin and Midwest locations to becoming a leader in multifamily housing for seniors and families of all incomes and abilities.
Horizon has a unique and experienced perspective; Horizon teams are cross-trained in development, construction, and property management allowing for a holistic understanding of the client’s needs. Horizon is a leader in housing development, construction, and property management offering a unique, integrated service platform to our clients. In-house coordination of development, construction, and property management results in integrated services and resourceful solutions.
Horizon has also completed several projects where one or more services are offered independently.
