5 Corners

Horizon Construction Group, Inc. is the general contractor for 5 Corners. This project will include two separate buildings. One building will consist of 108 apartments over a garage podium and the other is four (4) 3-story condo-style apartments over 15,000sf of retail space. The community is near the University of Notre Dame and will feature outdoor amenities including a game court, grilling station, TV/lounge areas, fire pit, and pet run. The clubhouse will feature a fitness center, business center, leasing office, and recreation room.

Apartments will boast gas ranges, an in-unit washer/dryer, patio/balcony, large windows, high ceilings, and beautiful views.

5 Corners will break ground in April 2024 and is set to be complete in Spring 2025.
