Brennan’s View

We are the general contractor for Brennan’s View, a three-story wood-framed 35-unit luxury condominium property located in South Bend, IN.

The project is a complete site development that broke ground in May 2021 and will be complete by Spring 2022. The three-story luxury building will feature a fitness center, business center, secured entrances with video doorbells, and a rooftop deck.
