CoCo Key – Omaha

Horizon provided complete design-assist services to construct a 44,000 square foot water resort addition and hotel renovation to the Holiday Inn – Omaha Central. This project marked Horizon’s fifth partnership with CoCo Key.

The resort and hotel renovation project was completed on time and on budget and $75,000 in project savings was returned directly to the owner.  These savings were achieved by closely managing the design and construction budget throughout the design-build process. We also assisted on this project with site due diligence and entitlement services.

The completed project includes water slides, a play structure, an adventure river, an indoor/outdoor spa, and an authentic Key West theme.

In 2008, the CoCo Key Water Resort at the Holiday Inn Omaha was chosen by Aquatics International Magazine as a Dream Design Award Winner.
