Flats at Pinecreek

Horizon Construction Group, Inc. is the general contractor for Flats at Pinecreek. Located in Elkhart, Indiana, this project will include eight buildings with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments totaling 252 units. Apartments will feature kithcen islands with penninsula seating, energy-efficient appliances, large windows, in-unit laundry and a patio or balcony.

The community amenities include a clubhouse with a pool, a pet spa, a fitness center, and on-site parking.

Flats at Pinecreek broke ground in Spring 2025 and is set to be completed in Fall 2026.
