Francis Meadows Senior Apartments

Francis Meadows is a 51,000 square foot, three-story senior apartment community that we developed and built for the Franciscan Friars of the Assumption on their 160-acre campus in Burlington, WI. The community was originally built as a senior tax credit property on the campus.

The completed community includes a clubroom and is surrounded by beautiful fields and wooded areas.
