Myrtle Way Apartments, located in Janesville, WI, will feature a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedoroom apartments on a 14-acre parcel. The community will consist of six (6) 20-unit buildings and one (1) 99-unit building.

The community will feature modern amenities such as a large gathering space with a fitness center, an outdoor pool and dog park. Myrtle Way Apartments will break ground in March 2024 and is expected to be complete in Fall 2025. Horizon is general contractor on the project.
