North Town Townhomes

North Town Townhomes, located in the 99-acre North Town development in Sheboygan, will feature a unique mix of 54 residences. Four buildings will feature 10-unit townhomes, and an additional 14 14 residences will be single-family homes. The community development features a mix of residential, commercial, and hospitality.

North Town Homes broke ground in January 2025 and will be completed in February 2026.
