Oak Park Place

Oak Park Place was completed for a third-party client in a master-planned community of Wauwatosa. The project included 47 beds of assisted living and 20 beds of memory care in a combined 70,000 square foot building. Horizon completed the project on time and on budget.

Residents of Oak Park Places enjoy private rooms with a bathroom and kitchenette, as well as on-site access to a hair salon, craft room, lounge, and therapy room.
