The Belvedere

The Belvedere is adjacent to 9.63 acres formerly known as Lizzie’s Garden. This area will remain a wetland preserve and a creek. A pedestrian walkway will run adjacent to the community and connect to the Naperville Riverwalk System.

The Belvedere consists of 10 two-story walk-ups totaling 212 units of one-, two-, and three-bedroom luxury apartments. The community amenities include a separate clubhouse with a fitness center, a resort-style pool, a dog park, and a playground.

The project broke ground in December 2023 and was completed in Spring 2024. Horizon is the project’s general contractor.
