The Belvedere

The Belvedere is located adjacent to 9.63 acres formally known as Lizzie’s Garden. This area will remain as a wetland preserve and creek. A pedestrian walkway will run adjacent to the community and will connect to the Naperville Riverwalk System.

The Belvedere will consist of 10, 2-story walk-ups totaling 212 units. There will be one-, two and three-bedroom luxury apartments. The community will feature a separate clubhouse with fitness, resort-style pool, dog park and playground.

The project broke ground in December 2023 and will be complete in April 2024. Horizon is the general contractor on the project.
