Wyndham Beaver Creek

This 58-unit Wyndham Vacation Resort property is in Avon, CO, located at the base of the Beaver Creek ski area near Vail.  The project consisted of underground parking, a sales center, an owner’s lounge, and 58 Presidential Timeshare Units.

This project is a one-of-a-kind “Presidential Reserve,” the first-ever Presidential project in Wyndham’s portfolio.  The units range in size from 1,200 square feet to approximately 2,000 square feet and include the highest level of finishes incorporated into Wydham’s product line. Finishes include fabric wall coverings, stone and hardwood floors, custom cabinets, stone and granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, and ski storage.
