Heyday – Aurora

Heyday—Aurora is a unique project of attached single-family homes offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The project offers an intimate neighborhood setting and comprises 36 buildings totaling 118 units. It broke ground in August 2025.

The apartment community features landscaped garden courtyards, abundant green space, walking and biking paths, a community garden, and a leasing office. Each apartment offers single-story living with private entrances, attached garages, plank flooring, large windows, and spacious living. HeyDay-Oak Aurora is Horizon’s fourth project with HeyDay.
