The Parisi

The Parisi will feature 39 luxury two-bedroom condominiums available for purchase. The condos are approximately 1,100 square feet and will feature modern amenities and upgraded finishes. The Parisi will honor the Parisi family history as well as the need for housing in the growing community near the Notre Dame Campus.

The Parisi broke ground in December 2025 and is scheduled for completion in March 2027.
