Springs at Aurora

Springs at Aurora marks the 26th partnership between Horizon and Continental Properties.

Springs at Aurora will consist of studio-, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with private, ground-level entrances and attached garages. The community will offer a clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, pet playground, and an outdoor BBQ area. Select apartments will have premium upgrades, including tiled kitchen backsplash, soaking tubs, smart home features, and plumbing fixtures. Springs at Aurora broke ground in November 2025.
