Seasons at Gurnee
Horizon Construction Group is serving as the general contractor for Seasons at Gurnee, a new multifamily development that broke ground in May 2026. The project includes the construction of 120 apartment units across six residential buildings, designed to create a high-quality, cohesive community environment.
In addition to the residential buildings, the development features a 3,064-square-foot clubhouse and a full suite of amenities, including a fitness center, outdoor pool, and detached garages. Horizon is providing comprehensive construction services to bring this thoughtfully planned community to life, with a focus on quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and long-term value. This is Horizon’s first project with Fiduciary.
