Washington Park Apartments

Completed in December of 2009 for United Methodist Children’s Services, this building is a mixed-use expansion on an existing apartment building located in downtown Milwaukee.

Built as a joint venture with a Minority Business Enterprise partner, the building features 24 transitional living program apartments designed to enable low-income, single-parent families to become economically self-sufficient. On the ground floor, the building features a state-licensed childcare center, Transitional Living Program offices, and the largest emergency food and clothing distribution center in Milwaukee County based on population served.
