Becky Hildebrandt leads the day-to-day operations of Horizon Management Services, Inc., overseeing the company’s property management portfolio and ensuring communities operate efficiently, effectively, and within budget. She also plays an integral role in developing the company’s strategic direction, portfolio growth, and new business opportunities. Becky joined Horizon in 1999 and became President in 2015. Her progression through compliance and operational leadership roles has provided a comprehensive understanding of affordable housing, property performance, and resident service. As a shareholder, Becky also helps guide long-term growth adn strategic direction of Horizon Management Services. She holds an Associate Degree in Business from Madison College and maintains TaCCs™, COS, TCS, and CMH certifications.
