Chief Financial Officer, Horizon Develop Build Manage
Curt Peerenboom oversees Horizon’s accounting and financial operations, helping maintain the high standards of accuracy, quality, and financial stewardship that support the company’s success. He manages financial relationships, evaluates investment opportunities, and oversees debt and equity closing processes across Horizon’s business platforms. Curt joined Horizon in 2015 after serving as a Senior Manager with SVA Certified Public Accountants, S.C. He brings more than 25 years of real estate industry experience with a focus on low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, new markets tax credits, transaction structuring, and project underwriting. His expertise in real estate finance and tax credit structuring supports Horizon’s investment strategy and long-term financial success. Curt holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
