50Twenty Apartments offer a luxury living experience on the growing east side of Madison, WI. The eight three-story buildings feature contemporary design, an abundance of ameni­ties, and live, work, and play opportunities within close proximity to regional retail and employment centers.

Residents of 50Twenty Apartments enjoy a community clubhouse, a resort-style pool, a fitness center, a pet salon, picnic areas, an outdoor piazza with a firepit, and an on-site leasing office. Individual apartments feature stainless steel appliances and 13′ ceilings in the top floor units.

This project was completed ahead of schedule despite unusually cold winter conditions, unsuitable soils, and materials delays. Horizon helped the client research value engineering options, assisted in managing owner allowance items, and came in under budget for Phase II.
