Academy Senior Apartments

Horizon worked with a non-profit client to preserve this historic building that was originally constructed in 1882. The property was fully renovated in 1999 to include affordable and market-rate apartments.

The adaptive reuse project was financed with WHEDA bonds and was an excellent use of funds to reinvigorate the property for the client. This unique property features a community room and parlor with a fireplace for residents to enjoy.
