CoCo Key – Mount Laurel
Horizon provided complete design/build services to construct a 55,000 square foot water resort expansion as our eighth partnership with CoCo Key.
The overall construction was completed on budget and was turned over six weeks ahead of the contract date. This was our third project built on the East Coast and was built with both non-union and union contractors. Horizon managed intense picketing and protesting and still achieved early turnover at no expense to the owner.
The completed water resort features water slides, an adventure river, a play structure, an indoor/outdoor spa, and theming to resemble historic Key West, Florida.
