CoCo Key – Sheraton Chicago Northwest

Horizon provided complete design-assist services to construct a 55,000 square foot water resort addition to the Sheraton Chicago Northwest. We also renovated the 10-story hotel and its 429 hotel rooms.

The project was completed on time and on budget and was the first of ten CoCo Key projects which led to numerous owner-driven design enhancements. Our team was able to manage all design challenges and deliver a high-quality product.

The completed water resort featured water slides, an adventure river, a play structure, an indoor/outdoor spa, and authentic Key West theming. The hotel renovation also included a new lobby, plus a restaurant, bar, and banquet space.
