CoCo Key – Waterbury

Horizon provided complete design/build services to construct a 55,000 square foot water resort addition to an existing Holiday Inn.  The completed water resort features water slides, an adventure river, a play structure, an indoor/outdoor spa, and extensive theming to emulate historic Key West, Florida.

Construction was completed on time and under budget, with $332,000 project savings to the owner upon completion. We also assisted on this project with site due diligence and entitlement services. This project marked our ninth partnership with CoCo Key.
