Ellis Potter is a unique residential community offering 65 affordable units, a 54-unit apartment community for those 55 and older, and 11 three-bedroom multi-family townhomes. 

Ellis Potter will break ground in the Spring of 2025. Horizon is the project’s developer, general contractor, and property manager.

The community will feature a community room with a kitchen, ample parking, and a fitness center.
