Five Corners

Horizon Construction Group, Inc. is the general contractor for Five Corners. This project includes two separate buildings. One building consists of 108 apartments over a garage podium, and the other is a three (3)-story condo-style apartment building with 15,000 sf of retail space. The community is near the University of Notre Dame and features outdoor amenities, including a game court, a grilling station, TV/lounge areas, a fire pit, and a pet run. The clubhouse boasts a fitness center, business center, leasing office, and recreation room.

Apartments have upgraded finishes including gas ranges, an in-unit washer/dryer, patio/balcony, large windows, high ceilings, and beautiful views.

Five Corners broke ground in April 2024 and was complete in Summer 2026.
