Gander Mountain

When Gander Mountain wanted to upgrade their Wausau, WI, retail facility, they trusted us to design, build, develop, and own this new location.

Working with private and public entities, our team was able to secure a site with interstate frontage that had great visibility, and receive energy rebates on the project.

The project was constructed in 131 days and was open in time for the Thanksgiving and Christmas shopping season.
