The Globe Apartments is a 48-unit multifamily apartment community situated along the beautiful Rock River in Watertown. The development includes market-rate apartment homes, affordable apartment homes, and apartment homes designed to accommodate those with disabilities.

Residents select from spacious two- and three-bedroom unit layouts and enjoy numerous amenities including a clubroom with kitchen, exercise room, outdoor patio overlooking the river, and riverwalk connecting to downtown amenities. Horizon encountered poor soils and extreme winter condi­tions on this project and was still able to deliver the project ahead of sched­ule and on budget.
