Heyday – Oak Creek

Heyday—Oak Creek is a unique project of attached single-family homes offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The project offers an intimate neighborhood setting and consists of 36 buildings, totaling 170 units. It broke ground in August 2023.

The apartment community features landscaped garden courtyards, abundant green space, wooded walking bike paths, a community garden, and a leasing office. Each apartment offers single-story living with private entrances, attached garages, plank flooring, large windows, and spacious living.
