Heyday – Oak Creek Phase II

Heyday—Oak Creek Phase II is an extension of 130 units, to be completed in 2025. Phase II will add 77 attached single-family units offering one-, two-, or three-bedroom apartments. Phase II broke ground in October 2026.

The apartment community features landscaped garden courtyards, abundant green space, wooded walking and biking paths, a community garden, and a leasing office. Each apartment offers single-story living with private entrances, attached garages, plank flooring, large windows, and spacious living. HeyDay-Oak Creek – Phase II is Horizon’s fifth project with HeyDay.
