Idylwood Residences, located in Janesville, WI, will feature a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments on a 14-acre parcel. The community will consist of six (6) 20-unit buildings and one (1) 99-unit building.

The community will feature modern amenities such as a large gathering space with a fitness center, an outdoor pool, and dog park. Idylwood Residences will break ground in March 2024 and is expected to be complete in Fall 2025. Horizon is the general contractor on the project.
