Layton Preserve

Layton Preserve, located in Greenfield, WI, is a mixed-use project Horizon developed and will be the project’s general contractor and property manager. The community will offer a 38-unit senior apartment building and 7 multi-family townhomes. The senior building is wood-frame over parking and the 7-unit townhomes are wood-frame, single-story with a 7-bay detached parking garage.

Layton Preserve will offer an on-site fitness center and clubroom with a kitchen. The project broke ground in April 2024 and will be complete by November 2025.
