Lumin Terrrace, located in the Rock River Ridge neighborhood in Watertown,  will feature a mix of apartments and townhomes on the former Palmer sand and Gravel site. The community will have four two-story buildings with attached garages.

Lumin Terrace broke ground in August 2025 and is set to be complete in Summer 2026.
