Lumin Terrace

Lumin Terrace, located in Watertown’s Rock River Ridge neighborhood, features a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments on the former Palmer Sand and Gravel site. The community will have four two-story buildings with private and semi-private entries, balconies, in-unit laundry, and select river views.

Lumin Terrace broke ground in August 2025 and was completed in August 2026. Horizon developed, built, and manages the community.
