Savannah at Pike Creek is a unique luxury residential project offering 190 single-story townhomes with 2-car attached garages. One-, two-and three-bedroom townhomes will feature vaulted ceilings, LVP and granite throughout, kitchen islands, tiled backsplash, in-unit laundry and a patio.

The community will offer a clubhouse with indoor pool, fitness center, lounge, business center and patio. The clubhouse will feature timber framing to add to the aesthetic of the community.

The project broke ground in June 2023 and will be complete in December 2024. Horizon Construction Group, Inc. is the general contractor on the project.
