Savannah Condominiums at Prairie Oaks

Horizon developed Savannah Condominiums as part of the 55 acres Prairie Oaks Neighborhood in Verona, Wisconsin. The vision for this project was to enhance the “new urbanism” neighborhood with a range of housing options and ownership opportunities.

Savannah Condominiums consist of eight units of townhome-style condominiums with two-bedroom unit layouts, with custom-level finishes selected by individual buyers. Residents enjoy retail, office, medical, and restaurant amenities within the community as well as a private pool and clubhouse for social gatherings, and individual entrances with attached two-car garages.
