Sawgrass Condominiums at Prairie Oaks

Horizon developed Sawgrass Condominiums I & II as part of the 55 acres Prairie Oaks Neighborhood in Verona, Wisconsin. The vision for this project was to enhance the “new urbanism” neighborhood with a range of housing options and ownership opportunities.

Sawgrass Condominiums consist of 42 units of two-story townhome-style condominiums with one-bedroom plus den and two-bedroom unit layouts, with private entrances, gas fireplaces, kitchen islands, granite finishes, and two-car attached garages.

Residents enjoy retail, office, medical, and restaurant amenities within the community as well as a private pool and clubhouse for social gatherings.
