Springs at 127th

Springs at 127^th is a 340-unit townhome-style community located in southwest suburban Chicago. This project marked Horizon’s first partnership with Continental Properties.

The project included site development work, and construction of seventeen 20-unit buildings, a clubhouse, and a pool house. Unit types at Springs include studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, with private entrances, granite countertops, kitchen islands, and attached garages.

Springs at 127^th also features a resort-style pool, a fitness center, a pet playground and spa area, and a car care area.
