Springs at Sun Prairie

Springs at Sun Prairie is Horizon’s fifth collaboration with Continental Properties. This project included a major imported fill site of approximately 100,00 cubic yards.

This high-end community includes a clubhouse, a resort-style pool, a fitness center, a pet playground, a pet spa area, a car-care area, and an outdoor BBQ area. Individual apartment amenities include private entrances, granite countertops, kitchen islands, and attached garages.
