Springs at Weber Road

Springs at Weber Road Apartments in Romeoville, IL is a luxury apartment community that is comprised of 292 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments available. The community includes a clubhouse, a resort-style pool, an outdoor BBQ area, a fitness center, a dog park, a pet spa area, and a car care area.

The townhome-style apartment finishes include carpeted bedrooms, LVP in the common spaces, black appliances, kitchen islands, granite countertops, washers and dryers, and 2″ faux wood blinds. Every apartment is at ground level, with a private entrance, and includes a private balcony or patio. This project features both attached and detached garages.

This is Horizon Construction Group’s third project with Continental Properties and the project was completed in Spring 2015.
