The Statesman

The Statesman apartments in Franklin, WI will sit on a 14 acre lot and consist of six 30-unit apartment buildings, with a 4,200 square foot clubhouse and pool.

The developers strove to take a “resident-first” approach with this project and give tenants privacy and good views even though they are living only steps away from shops and restaurants on 27th Street in Franklin. To that end, each apartment at the Statesmen has a large balcony and underground heated parking.

The units themselves have quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances and plank flooring.  The project features a heated swimming pool, a clubhouse with TV, a coffee bar and a stocked kitchen, trash chutes, outdoor gas grills, a fitness center with yoga studio, and a dog park.
